👉 GMAIDS NEW CANCELLATION POLICY EFFECTIVE 5/1/2022

Dear clients:

We hope that you and your family are doing well and thank you for continuing to be a Gmaids client.

In order to retain the best employees at your home in 2022 and moving forward we are making some adjustments to our cancellation policy effective 05/01/22.

During 2022 we’ve received hundreds of last minute cancellations that negatively impact employees’ checks directly when we can’t fill that spot with a paying client.

Right now, we charge a lockout fee of $50 or $30 for late cancel fee, which goes directly to the employees, but when an employee gets 2-3 cancellations or lockouts in a week this means $150-$200 average less in a week for the employee.

Keeping and retaining employees is the key in our current economic landscape and also happy clients with employees that will show up motivated to work and do quality service.

With this we want you to notify us with more than 48 hrs ahead if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid any fees.

NEW CANCELLATION POLICY EFFECTIVE 5/1/2022
• Less than 24 hrs notice/day of service/lockout = 100% of the service fee.
• Within 48-24 hrs from the start of the appointment = $50.00.
• More than 48 hrs from the start of the appointment = No charge / no fee.
