On Sunday, March 31, we participated in the 5th Annual Egg Hunt organized by the Dallas Mom Blog at The Texas Discovery Gardens. Weeks ago we were thinking about an activity that the children could enjoy, so we decided to do an outdoor easel! On it, children could express themselves with paint and (to the joy of many parents) discover their cleaning skills. All the children enjoyed the activity very much and spent 5, 10, and even 20 minutes at a time painting then spraying with water and wiping it off with a handy squeegee. A win-win for all!

Many parents excitedly asked where they could get one for their home. In fact, one mom bought the exact one we had at our booth because their kid loved it. We donated the funds to an amazing local charity and well, we can make another one because we built it! Here’s a behind-the-scene photo in the shop:
