What is the job about?
Residential green and non-toxic cleaning in Dallas and Collin county. We clean houses, apartments, and small offices for awesome clients that want their home free to toxic fumes.
How much do you earn for your work?
We pay on average $18-$25/hr plus benefits.
Salary: $700-$1200 a week, plus tips.

- Get paid and learn: Your training will be paid ($10/hr). No experience is required. Applicants must be used to physical labor, standing for 6-8 hrs a day.

- Paid Vacation: Enjoy one week of leisure time to rest or spend quality time with your loved ones. Available after 12 months of consecutive employment.
- Weekly ACH payment: You will receive a weekly payment (direct deposit to your bank account).
- Free weekends: We do NOT work nights or weekends.
Do I work alone or in a team?
Cleaning jobs are mostly performed “solo” or by 1 technician. In the event of larger jobs, you will be assigned to a team. You must have your own car to be able to carry cleaning supplies and mobilize to the work sites. All of the teams are dispatched from home directly to customer locations. This is the most efficient and sustainable way!
How do I check my schedule?
We use a phone app where you can see your daily schedule. There’s no need to come to the office on a regular basis to pick up supplies.
How do I get paid?
We pay through direct deposit to your bank account. We use a digital payroll system where you will be able to see your weekly payment.
Requirements:
- Over 21 years of age
- Free of drugs and felonies.
- Authorized to work in the US. (Citizenship, residence, work permit).
- Must own a vehicle and smart phone
- Valid car insurance and driver's license.
- Verifiable work history + references, preferably more than 1 year old.
- Availability: Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM.
- Excellent work attitude and energy to clean houses 5 days a week.
