3 juices to detoxify and cleanse the body naturally

1. Red Smoothie

Rich in vitamin E and antioxidants that help to prevent premature aging. In addition, it offers an important quantity of potassium, magnesium, calcium, sodium, vitamin C and iron. To see its effects, it is essential to take it every morning for 20 days.

Ingredients:

      • 1 tablespoon of honey
      • 6 fresh strawberries
      • 1 cup of grapes
      • 2 lemons juice
      • 2 slices of pineapple

Mix all the ingredients in the blender and let them completely crush. If you prefer it to be a refreshing drink, you can add half a cup of water.

2. Smoothie for tummy detox

In certain stages of the year, we can have digestive discomforts, but we do not know what causes it or how to solve them naturally and effectively.

A great option is to take this juice that will help you cleanse and protect the body through the strengthening of the digestive system.

Ingredients:

      • 1 lemon juice
      • 2 slices of papaya
      • 1 glass of water

Cut the papaya into pieces and squeeze the lemon, mix all the ingredients in the blender until the juice has the texture you prefer. It is important to take it three times a week.

3. Smoothie to cleanse the skin

Smoothies like this help cleanse the body internally and externally, eliminate toxins and vitamins and provide a high dose of minerals and antioxidants

Ingredients:

      • 1 carrot
      • 1 apple
      • 1 beet
      • 1 cucumber
      • Water

Wash the ingredients thoroughly, cut them into pieces, place them in the blender and drink the mix immediately. It is recommended to drink it every day.
